About us
SAC Marketplace was founded by California teen Omar Latifzada, inspired by a simple frustration: finding a used cello online shouldn’t be that hard.
Instead of settling, he combined his passion for entrepreneurship and technology to build a better solution — SAC Marketplace. Unlike traditional marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace, SAC is designed specifically for teens, students, and young entrepreneurs. It’s a space where you can buy, sell, and trade in a more focused, student-first environment.
Safety is a core priority. With features like parent/guardian email linking, families can stay informed and in control
while teens participate in online commerce. We also intentionally keep SAC different from social media.
The goal is a clean, professional space where users can connect, transact, and build real-world experience—not just scroll.
